Gift Card Terms and Conditions
Use and Scope of Gift Cards
- Gift cards issued by Raquel Andero Suarez, hereinafter referred to as MIMATE, may be used exclusively to redeem services at our premises located at:
C.C. Sotomarket, Local 15, Ground Floor, Sotogrande, Cádiz. - The gift card and its corresponding code must be presented on the day of the appointment.
- Gift cards cannot be used to purchase cosmetic products or any other retail items.
Validity
- Gift cards are valid for 2 months from the date of issue.
- If not redeemed within this period, the card will expire and can no longer be used.
Booking and Redemption
- Gift cards must be redeemed by booking in advance via telephone: +34 956 11 87 52 or by sending a WhatsApp message.
- The value of the gift card is applied as a credit towards any available service.
- If the chosen service exceeds the value of the card, the remaining balance must be paid by the customer.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- If the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, the gift card will be considered redeemed.
- The gift card and its code must be presented on the day of the appointment.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- They cannot be used to purchase cosmetic products or other retail items.
Currency and Multi-Currency Use
- Gift cards are issued in euros (€).
- For issuance or use in other currencies, the current exchange rate at the time of purchase will apply.
- MIMATE is not responsible for currency fluctuations or international payment fees.
Right of Withdrawal and No Returns
In accordance with the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users (RDL 1/2007), the right of withdrawaldoes not apply to gift cards that have been:
Fully or partially redeemed.
Issued following a specific customer request.
Important note: Gift cards are a prepaid document and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances.
Payment Methods
MIMATE accepts the following payment methods on www.mimatesotogrande.es/en/:
Virtual POS (Redsys, BBVA, Santander, etc.) → Credit/debit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
Stripe → Secure payment gateway for bank cards
Bizum → Quick payment via banking app (Spain only)
PayPal → Payment via account balance or linked card
All transactions are processed via secure SSL connection.
MIMATE does not store customer banking data; all payments are handled directly by trusted third-party providers.
In the event of suspicious activity, MIMATE reserves the right to cancel the transaction and issue a refund to the original payment method.

If the customer identifies an error in the charge, they must contact info@mimatesotogrande.es within 14 days.
If MIMATE cancels a service, an alternative will be offered or a refund issued.
Invoicing and Payment Receipts
- MIMATE will send a payment confirmation via email after purchase.
- If a formal invoice is required, the customer must request it by emailing info@mimatesotogrande.es and providing the necessary billing details.
Changes to Terms of Purchase
MIMATE reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
Any changes will apply to purchases made from the date of the update onward.
